Nick Roe

Nick, chairman of the Loveland Business Partnership, is responsible for overall strategic relationship management and resource coordination for his new and current clients. He collaborates with each client and the HUB team to ensure both are in sync on initiatives and achieving his clients’ defined strategic, business, operational, and insurance goals. Ultimately, as the team lead, Nick is accountable for the overall client experience and inner workings of each client’s program and partnership with HUB. Read more.

Chad Brent

Chad has been an integral part of structuring successful real estate transactions for commercial and residential land developers in Northern Colorado for over 16 years. A native to the area and second generation real estate veteran, he not only possesses residential, commercial, and land contract experience, but he has an extensive background in understanding the historical, business, political, cultural, and community issues that impact this area. Blaine is an expert in property management and overseeing the entitlement process of properties under development and construction. He has more than 20 years’ experience in construction and real estate accounting, purchase and sale contract negotiations, construction finance, real estate tax planning, and property management.

Andrew Hendrickson is the President/CEO of SurgiReal Products, a Loveland, CO company that provides confidence to patients, students and educators with realistic simulators for both human and animal medical training. SurgiReal is a family business, and with Andrew’s dad, brother, brother-in-law and sister all a part of the team, he is aware of the importance of a business that does more than just generate revenue. Evan Hyatt is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Care Synergy.
