Garth Rummery, Tharp Custom Cabinetry

Garth Rummery is the President of Tharp Custom Cabinetry. Garth purchased Tharp in 2014 and currently manages the company full time. Garth has gained his training from multiple roles with world class companies, including Berkshire Hathaway (Campbell Hausfeld), Danaher (Fluke, Hennessy, Ammco, Coats), Boston Consulting Group, Delphi Automotive (OnStar, XM/Sirius Satellite radio). The skill sets he utilizes in his roles include Strategic planning and Team building, Sales and Marketing management, Lean transformation and management, Engineering, Project Management, and Six Sigma. Garth has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, a Master’s of Engineering Management from McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Garth, his wife Ming, and their two young boys live in Fort Collins. Garth enjoys outdoors sports including hunting, fishing, mountain biking, surfing, and skiing.
