Chad Brent, The Group Inc.

Chad has been an integral part of structuring successful real estate transactions for commercial and residential land developers in Northern Colorado for over 16 years. A native to the area and second generation real estate veteran, he not only possesses residential, commercial, and land contract experience, but he has an extensive background in understanding the historical, business, political, cultural, and community issues that impact this area. His family has been in real estate for a combined total of over 50 years. Chad is an agent with The Group Inc. Real Estate, which boasted over $1.5 billion in sales and closed 44% of all residential transactions in Northern Colorado in 2015. Chad has held various community board leadership positions and currently sits on the Loveland Parks and Recreation Foundation and the Loveland Business Partnership Board. He enjoys biking, hiking, and helping others. Chad’s daughter currently attends CMU on a running scholarship. Her strength and character inspire and make him proud every day.
