Evan Hyatt, Care Synergy

Evan Hyatt is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Care Synergy. Care Synergy is a not-for-profit organization that supports an affiliation of hospice, palliative and home health care providers along the Front Range of Colorado including Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, The Denver Hospice, Halcyon Hospice and Palliative Care, Pathways and Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care. Evan has served on the Board of Directors of the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of the Rockies including the Association’s Public Policy Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Weld County, the NCMC Foundation, the Better Business Bureau for northern Colorado and Wyoming and is a member of the Northern Colorado Healthcare Sector Partnership. Evan graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. He also obtained a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education from Colorado State University. He holds certificates from the NHPCO’s Hospice Administrator program, the Disney Institute’s Approach to Quality Service program and the Center for the Advance of Palliative Care, among others.
