Blaine Rappe, LC Real Estate

Treasurer

Blaine is an expert in property management and overseeing the entitlement process of properties under development and construction. He has more than 20 years’ experience in construction and real estate accounting, purchase and sale contract negotiations, construction finance, real estate tax planning, and property management. He currently manages all of LC Real Estate Group’s properties, which includes a Safeway anchored retail shopping center, a 380-unit self-storage complex, and several other commercial properties in Northern Colorado. Blaine currently sits on 3 different non-profit boards within the construction/development community. Blaine is also the COO of LC Home, Inc. which averages 75 homes built per year.
